Print Collateral
Magazines · Newsletters · Posters

I developed my foundational design skills at a small print shop in Vermont, creating custom apparel, town reports, and marketing materials for local businesses. This hands-on environment taught me the essentials of composition, color separation, and effective use of imagery.
I later joined the marketing department at Stratton Mountain Resort, where I produced marketing collateral and gained an in-depth education in corporate branding, along with experience working closely with large commercial printers and photographers.
My next chapter took me to Florida, where I worked at Miles Media, a national marketing company specializing in travel and tourism. There, I balanced multiple projects, collaborated directly with clients, and designed print materials that promoted towns and destinations. As part of a collaborative art team, we strategized and leaned on one another’s strengths to meet tight deadlines.
Eventually, I relocated to Rochester, New York, and joined the University of Rochester Medical Center in the Department of Surgery. In this role, I manage internal communications, print marketing materials, web design and management, and social media marketing.
My career path has been well-rounded and organic—each step building naturally on my skills and passions.

With a foundation in strategic communication, I design with intention — aligning audience insight, timing, and budget realities to create work that stands out while remaining focused and concise. Partnering with content specialists, I develop and refine multiple concepts, shaping both message and visual flow to ensure clarity, cohesion, and impact.

My work is grounded in a deep understanding of brand stewardship — protecting visual integrity, voice, and consistency while adapting materials to resonate with specific audiences and contexts. I see brand management as both a responsibility and an opportunity to strengthen recognition and trust.
My role at Stratton Mountain Resort laid the groundwork for my approach to brand management — balancing consistency with flexibility and understanding how each designed piece reinforces the larger brand story.
